Understanding Installation Charges

OurISP provides services over the Redtrain network. In some cases, additional installation charges may be required before your service can be activated.


Where installation charges apply, Redtrain will generally advise and invoice these charges directly to you before service is delivered. However, if the only applicable installation charge is a New Development Charge (NDC), the charge may be included on your first OurISP invoice and collected by OurISP on behalf of Redtrain.

We will notify you of any applicable charges during the provisioning process before proceeding.
